Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Popcorn
Directions for stove top: • Large pot with lid • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels • 1/4 cup melting chocolate • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt • 1/2 tablespoon oil Melt your chocolate using a double boiler on the stove or in the microwave using 10-15 second intervals, stirring in between each heat cycle. Place in a squeeze bottle or a piping bag. Add oil & kernels to the pot on high heat Cover with lid and toss to coat kernels with oil Let the pot sit on the stove until you hear the first few kernels pop Swirl the pot over the heat gently until all the kernels are popped, this will also prevent the popped corn from burning. Lay popped corn on a tray and drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Let chocolate harden before moving into a bowl.
