Beef Onion Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful beef stir fry with tender onions, perfect for a delicious weeknight dinner. Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin 1 large onion, sliced 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp ginger, minced Salt and pepper to taste Green onions for garnish (optional) Preparation: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing briefly. Add beef slices and cook until browned, then remove from the pan. In the same pan, add onions and stir-fry until soft. Return beef to the pan, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions before serving.
