Amanda Holden's hubby Chris Hughes has given her a light-hearted caution ahead of Heart Radio's office party tonight.
The 53-year-old presenter reminisced about an earlier Christmas works do with the crew that ended with her tumbling down some stairs at a restaurant.
Co-host Jason King, affectionately known as JK, quipped he was dressed like the Milk Tray man today, and Amanda joked: "That's good because you probably will be throwing two people over your shoulders to get us out of a restaurant later.
"I remember my first year at Heart we went for the Christmas party and we went for drinks and I fell down the last three steps of the restaurant, but landed on my knees.
"And, I just put the prayer sign up and said to the waiter, 'thank you so much for a lovely evening', and walked out like nothing had happened. That it how you style it [out], that's it! "
With a hint of trepidation for what the night might bring, JK interjected: "And this is what I've got in store? ".
"I promised my husband," Amanda continued, before revealing: "He said, 'don't get too battered Mandy'. I'll do my best."
However, hinting she may well ignore the friendly advice, she joked: "It's the season to get battered!" Amanda let listeners know she is eager to kick off the celebrations from the early afternoon, not simply during the evening, while waiting for other attendees to join her, JK, and Ashley Roberts.
It's not the first time the radio host has had a telling-off from her other half.
Just last October, she confessed that she had already snapped up a heap of Christmas gifts and was eager to get her festive decorations up sooner rather than later.
"Everything's going up in my house on November 15. I might go even earlier," she declared.
"And I've finished my Christmas shopping. That's what I told my husband because there's so many packages in my house, he's like 'gosh Mandy, you've got to stop, you're haemorrhaging'.
"And I went 'I've finished my Christmas shopping' and I looked him in the eye when I said it. I've done, I've basically nearly finished it."
