We are so grateful to NC Senator Kandie Smith for meeting with us at Sheppard Memorial Library this week! We loved learning about her support of libraries and education in her district and sharing some of the ways that NC LIVE contributes to these efforts. Thank you to directors Roman Leary, Kate Brittain, MPH, MLS, Leigh Russell, Sue Howard and the staff at Sheppard Memorial for sharing the ways that NC LIVE supports education and lifelong learning in their communities.

A big thank you to Mary Howard, Karina Soni, Clarice G., Hannah Kanwischer, and Mattison Domke-Latz for presenting at our marketing workshop last week!
I had the honor of being a panelist at NC LIVE’s Social Media Savvy Marketing Workshop at the Chapel Hill Library this past Friday! It was an amazing experience to share what I’ve learned about social media and connect with fellow librarians who are just as passionate about engaging their communities. I’m incredibly excited about the future of libraries and proud to be part of such a dedicated and inspiring group of professionals. #SocialMedia #LibraryMarketing #CommunityEngagement #NCLive #NCLibraries #DigitalOutreach
