Released as a single by label Fierce Panda in May 2003 it only reached #122 in the UK Singles Chart. It was re-released as the second single from their debut studio album, Hopes and Fears (2004) after the success of "Somewhere Only We Know" and had better success reaching #4.

Keane is an English alternative rock band from East Sussex, formed in 1995. They met while at Tonbridge School together. The band currently comprises Tom Chaplin (lead vocals, electric/acoustic guitar), Tim Rice-Oxley (piano, synthesisers, bass guitar, backing vocals), Richard Hughes (drums, percussion, backing vocals), and Jesse Quin (bass guitar, acoustic/electric guitar, backing vocals).
