Cardiff forward Ollie Tanner was momentarily injured while celebrating their dramatic equaliser against rivals Swansea City on Sunday - after jubilant fans collapsed an advertising board behind the goal.
Tanner - who supplied a superb cross to Callum Robinson to finish just inside the area - appeared to have grazed his leg while savouring the moment with his team-mates and Cardiff fans, who accidentally knocked the board down while enjoying the moment on the 78th minute.
However, after coming off briefly Tanner looked OK to return to action and managed to play out the rest of the game, having been subbed on for Yakou Meite around ten minutes earlier.
It was a game of high tensions between two bitter rivals as the match finished 1-1, with Robinson cancelling out Liam Cullen's early opener - before manager Erol Bulut was shown a red card in the dying minutes of the game after he delayed proceedings by holding onto the ball.
For Tanner, a former Arsenal youth star, it was yet another opportunity to shine from the bench having only made nine starts for the Bluebirds in last season's Championship campaign.
The 22-year-old still played an important role for Bulut's men as he featured 40 times, scoring twice to prove himself as a crucial squad player.
Cardiff and Swansea were forced to share the spoils in their derby after Cullen got the home side off to a superb start after he rifled home following a spell of pinball in the box.
Robinson then thumped an effort home into the corner after Tanner's cutback on the right hand side to secure their first goal and point of the season and end Swansea's dominance in this fixture.
If Swansea had held out for victory, it would have been a sixth win in seven meetings with their rivals, though the Bluebirds remain bottom of the table with just one point from their first three games.
Swansea, meanwhile, are eighth in the table after one win, one draw and one defeat so far as they look to improve on their 14th placed finish in the league last year under boss Luke Williams.
