Fahim Fazli Oscar-winning film Argo language Iranian Farsi
In 1979, as a 12-year-old boy in Afghanistan, with the dream to become an actor , I witnessed two monumental events unfold: the Soviet invasion of my homeland and the harrowing ordeal of American hostages in Iran. Over three decades later, I found myself part of the acclaimed movie "Argo," which dramatizes the daring rescue of those hostages. It was a profound experience to contribute to this Oscar-winning film, reflecting on the journey from my war-torn childhood to playing a role in a story that captivated the world. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of "Argo," a testament to resilience and international solidarity
