LOL (2012)
Cute teen movie for chill nights
I have watched this movie 5 times for sure alredy. First time I was only 15 so of course I could really empathize with everything that was going on.
Of course, it's not an artistic movie, you will not learn anything, but the vibe of it, the relationships, friendships and everything that is happening, I think it's very enjoyable.
If you're looking for chill movie with teenager drama, love, highschool, I think it's perfect. But if you only want to see deep, meaningful movies, not really...
I think the mother-daughter relationship it's also interesting.
I don't understand why it has such a low rating. It's not an oscar movie, but it's ok. I like Miley Cyrus as an actress too.
Call Me by Your Name (2017)
MAGICAL
I think it's the best romance movie I've ever seen. So pure, natural, deep, meaningful. Very different from other romance movies.
The way their relationship evolves, it's soo weird most of the time, but also so natural. The deep conversations. The open minded parents, everything is so beautiful.
The writing and directing is genius. The chemistry between the two actors.. damn. They created a beautiful story. The movie has a lot of long shots, but they are not boring at all, you can really feel what Elio feels, and this is not an easy thing to achieve as a director.
Congrats to each department!
Perfect movie.
The Man from Toronto (2022)
I didn't expect much, but...
I resisted 5 minutes. I hate this american comedy, it is very cringe. The characters are talking a lot, for no reason. Nothing makes sense.
Netflix is getting more and more lame :( i don't understand how could this movie be on top 10.
Moon Knight (2022)

I didn't expect to be this good.
I'm not a superhero movie fan, nor action movies fan, so i taught it will be a basic superhero movie. But wow, this is next level.
The plot is so complex, and mindblowing, unexpected things happen, and it's even psichologycal.
The actors are great, I loved Oscar Isaac's interpretation.
The cinematography and scenography was amazing. Great camera movements, transition, lightning and egypt set decoration

One Piece: Wan pîsu (1999)
Nothing special
I tried to watch it like 3 times. But i couldn't. I give 4 stars bc I know a lot of kids like this anime.
It has a basic storyline and really predictable action. A lot of adventures, always happy ending, nothing can surprize you.
Overall is really boring and i couldn't get attached to characters.... I'm sorry.
But congrats for keeping the show alive and having so many fans. I admire this, peace!

If you want to get a good vibe and see the wonderful Peru. It's the perfect movie.
Nothing exceptional, basic story, the ending is not surprising, but I give 10/10, bc it's so peaceful and beautiful. And the actors are really great and good looking. You can't hate it.

I'm watching Friends for the second time. Is one of my favorite shows i really got attached to the characters. And even if it's an older comedy type, is still very nice.
But one thing i didnt liked about Friends, and I can't give 10. Is promoting stupidity.
Many times when Ross says some facts about interesting stuffs, everybody is making fun of him. In reality is the only guy who would you go out with, because he is smart and very cult. But this show, is presenting intelligence like a bad thing.....
Or this is an american thing?

This is a movie? It has nothing to do with art, the director has no idea about storytelling, about camera movements, composition, and how to actually make a movie.
It's sad that the rating is this high, and for many good movies the rating is really low.

I resisted like 10 minutes.
Great special effects, but.... they take it too seriously. You can't make a good movie with superheroes if you make it this serious.
Deadpool is the only superhero movie that is actually fun.
Really bad.
After Earth (2013)
GREAT MOVIE
I really enjoyed this movie, the scenography and special effects were amazing.
But what i most like about this, is the fact that there are only 2 characters and you can't get bored, is really suspensful. Also, fhe father-son relationship is very deep, i like the way it evolves.
The acting was very good, Jaden Smith is also an amazing actor, he is so natural.
I recommand this movie, i could watch it many times. 9/10. But i give a 10 because i don't get this low rating.
Ad Astra (2019)
One of the worst space movies
Movies about galaxy, space travel, apocalypse ( like moonfall ) are my favorite movies.
But this one, was really bad. Poor scenography, bad story and that father-son fight in the space, damn.
Kubrick's space odyssey was sooo much better.
Joker (2019)
2 star just for cinematigraphy
The cinematography is really amazing, i liked it a lot. But, joker, the main character...
Of course you cand make movies with villains, but not like this, you need some kind of balance. Here is absolutely no balance, it's just an idiot who does bad things and that's all. This is not art. You can't get attached to the character, you just hate him.
This movie is full with non logical violence and stupid people. A movie that you can just hate.
And this even got awards? Then why didn't Hitler get an award for world peace?
You (2018)
I was expecting more
In the first minutes of the show, when i realized what this movie is about, i tought that it would be amazing. The idea is actually interesting, but the way they executed it, i think it's wrong.
This kind of movie shouldn't get boring, especially not in the first episode. You must maintain the suspense to keep it interesting. But the show is actually slow, and boring, and they should have choose a good looking character, which is really charismatic, to be able to get attached to him, and don't care about what he does, bc he has something so special. But he is actually a simple crazy person.
In the first episode you actually see it all, and you are not curious anymore.
5.8/10, but i give 1 bc i think it's overrated.
El embarcadero (2019)
So special. So original. So beautiful
After watching la casa de papel, i wanted to see Álvaro Morte in other roles too. Well, this show is so charismatic, with great actors, beautiful shots and very interesting and original plot. It has something so special, you can really feel what the characters feel.
I really liked the idea of combining the past with the present, and how in the final episode, the present was combined with the future.
Just one thing was not that well executed, but i'm not sure. Everyone knows at some point that he actually killed himself, bc there are too many signs, and it's like " yeah, it was obvious". The plot twist would be, if he was actually murdered. BUT, i'm not complaining, this ending was really nice too.
10/10. Spanish tv shows/movies are amazing.

Even if you didn't see, la casa de papel. You know their red suit and mask.

This show has something really special
I don't know why so many people said that after season 2 it get's bad. It is really hard to keep a tv show alive, bc u always need to come up with new things, and to make it more and more interesting. From the first episode (season 3) you can see how much it means to have a big budget. I think it's fantastic what they did, and i'm grateful to netflix for buying the show.
I really loved how they combined the action with the love stories, the sad parts with the funny moments. The script is really smart, you can see how much they prepared to make it as realistic as they could. Of course, sometimes it's a bit exagerated, like when Gandia is a like a terminator, but if everything would be realistic, the fights would be over in 5 seconds. The cast is really good, I think is fascinating how they create actually negativ characters, and you somehow resonate with them, and you get to addicted to them. The professors character is wow, just wow.
This is the best show i've ever seen. I watched it twice alredy, and i can't get enough :>
