At the present time i'm back in my "home" (?) country. As you'd 've guessed, i don't like that much living in there.
Movies are a good way to escape sometimes....at other times, I feel the pressure to escape the movie, or the theatre where it's being showed.
I rely on the commentary of the imdb community. I usually agree with what i found written about movies I've seen.
Ah, my work concerns software and web sites development. My favourite deelopment field is AV Editing Applications. I am currently developing a group of plugins for the best AV Editing application around: Canopus Edius. I hope you'll see them running bundled with the next version of Edius, if they'll buy it, otherwise they will be available as shareware.

Death of a President (2006)
One year after his popularity death, G.W.Bush is shot dead. Next year, maybe.
This movie seems like the last chance for Mr.President G.W.Bush. He's hit from above, exactly from some upstairs floor of a building in Chicago, during a night in the next year. A hard day's night: the movie begins with some "protesters", as the documented buffoons calls the people asking for justice, THEN peace. Mr. President, rarely called by his name, justifies his killers: "the protesters"....something that recalls Jesus, rather than J.F.K. After 20 minutes, he's shot down. My god, again... No, this time it's just by fiction....something that Mr. G.W.Bush, accidentally, Mr.President, and accidentally very down as regards popularity in 2006, knows very well. He knows fiction at least as much as fiction was the Iraq mass destruction weapons, and their sites proofs that were shown to the Americans, and to the world. Fiction again with his Edipo's death year: 2007. Have you ever dreamed about some loved one's death ? A car accident, or some other sad ending ? Did it happen during a trouble with your loved one ? How did you feel once awake ? Well, go and make your excuses to Mr.President: you've just seen His best dream ever.....instead of explaining a lots of unpleasant questions, he's just dead.....by fiction, of course. The rest of the movie is your personal nightmare.
Anni 90 (1992)
A piece of junk, with divulging aims
Surely this is only one of the worst movies that the Italian scene has come out with, during the 80s and the 90s. In one of the episodes, a right-minded woman spends one night stand with an Italian Latin lover. He should represent the Latin-lover by the old way, and she is shown as a new kind of Italian woman: exuberant, uninhibited, but yet well-informed and cautious. Before making love, she asks him for a negative test against aids, and informs him *this is great* about a never heard before way of transmission for the disease: by kissing each other. He replies that he feels very fit, so he can't be aids-positive, and even that he despises homosexuals, and above all, he can't feel a "purple border" around his body (at the time this movie came out, there was a spot about aids from the Italian health ministry, that showed h.i.v. positive people marked with a purple border around them; when they spoke with other people, or just met them, a purple border faded in around them, too). The wrong message, along with a very thin plot, and an horrible acting, makes this episode particularly awful, but the rest of the movie can be even more boring.
If you know about this movie, you don't wanna see it. (I'm misquoting the Italian aids spot that you could see in the 90s in the Italian televisions. It went on more or less like this: "AIDS, if you know it, you avoid it. If you know it, it can't kill you".)
