Lara Croft: Tomb Raider - The Cradle of Life (2003)
Way bad
God ,this movie was so bad and boring. Yeah boring because even though there plenty of stunts here and there is action almost everywhere, is done with mediocrity. The effects were cheap, the camera sucked and the acting was terrible. Well Angelina Jolie is a great actress and has make Lara Croft her own but the script didn't help her one bit. Noah Taylor here was...eh. But overall the acting was awful. The first movie wasn't a big deal but at least was entertaining but this one not even that. I don't recommend this movie, even though i'm like Angelina Jolie and i think she's a good actress but this movie was simply terrible. Watch the first one but this one no.
Casados con hijos (2004)
a very good show
A very good remake of Married with children that comes from Colombia. When i first watched this program i thought " I don't think this will beat the American version" and while i was right it still was entertaining. Something new? Very few actually the episodes are basically the same as the American version with only a few modifications. The actors here did a good job with their characters. Lorna Paz was hilarious as Lola(Peggy). Katey Seagal was amazing but Lorna is funny too. Paco Rocha (Al Bundy) is good but the character in the American version is unique so his Colombian counterpart is a tad bit different, still funny but different. Willington(Bud) is very much alike like his American counterpart. The only one who didn't do a good characterization was the girl who plays Kelly. She exaggerates too much and she looks even more trashier than Christina Applegate did! The neighbors here in my opinion are better than in Married With Children. Seriously they seem more real here. To keep short i recommend this program.
La niñera (2004)
this show rocks!
Wow this show started here in Puerto Rico like a month ago and i must says it rocks! First we have Florencia Peña as the nanny Florencia Finkel, oh my god she's so naturally funny, not like the American nanny Fran. Fran i don't know she was so annoying( or at least i found her annoying) but Florencia is likable all the way. Then we got the kids who are actually funny and their acting is not forced like many child actors today. The episodes here are basically the same as the American version but honestly a find these more entertaining. In fact i can't find a reason to complain about this remake. If you can see it somewhere do it.
The Lost Prince (2003)
It was amazing...
I agree that this movie is not only about Prince John but still it gives us an idea of who he was.It was great well acted especially by the kids. But the most important thing is that the movie can teach about history without boring us.I hope they keep bringing us good movies like this one, that can entertain and and are also educative. And another thing this a a two part movie,i like both parts although i think the second one is very cruel but still those events(the assassination of the Russian Royal family) were true.I also couldn't stand the character of the Queen(not the actress, she was great)she was so...i don't know cold and the king well he was way worse.
La madrastra (2005)
La Madrastra review
Well i'm seen right now this wonderful soap here in Puerto Rico and i should say it's fantastic the way the have handled the mystery of the assassin of Patricia.Plus the soap it's well written even though the first 2 weeks was very slow but after it quickly get more and more interesting and in every episode you get know secrets of each character. The cast is really good especially Ana Layevska(Estrella),Eduardo Capetillo(Leonel) and the little kids that appear in this program.Victoria Ruffo(María) here cries a lot but she stills gives a great performance as well as Cesar Evora(Esteban). The villains is a mixed bag,we have great villains like Jacqueline Andere(Alba)and most of the women here but at the same time we have Rene Casados with his cartoon villain and the bad actor Sergio Mayer. All in all this is really a soap worth seeing.
