Alternate title for this movie: "Women are bad. Beware" WTF!
Horrible dialogues. The entire movie keeps reiterating how the female kind is bad. That is proved by each female character being selfish, greedy and manipulative. Morever, there are multiple dialogues like "Don't trust women".
The way the story progresses doesn't make any sense either. I regret wasting my time on this. So often I just felt "huh? What the hell? Why would she/he say that?"
What a waste of all these talented actors. Amounted to nothing.

A Horrible Movie Created By Sore Losers
The director claims it's satire. But everyone (besides the film's crew) who watched it, didn't get a hint of satire. So, it was already a failed project and the director's egotistical attitude against the honest reviewers and comedians made it even worse. Did she really think threatening and removing those videos from YouTube will make people like this movie? Or just make them forget that they saw such a horrible attempt at a movie? So pathetic.
Khoj (2017)
Over-acting of the lead actor, incoherent dialogues and dragging screenplay ruined the movie
First of all, the dialogues didn't make sense. A conversation between the police officer and the lost woman's husband went like this:
-"arrest me"
-"I'll arrest you!"
-"Arrest me if you can. "
-"Do this or I'll arrest you tomorrow!"
He himself just told you to arrest him. Why are you threatening him about being arrested??
-"Go to that bungalow and figure out who killed her."
-"So you know everything but don't want to tell us?"
-"That's your responsibility to figure out"
Why no question about how he knows about that bungalow? Any concerned police officer would ask that first. Also, that would save the next 10-20 minutes.
Moreover, the lead actor's performance seemed like the ones from a typical Bengali serial/drama. It was overacting. The side actors however underperformed. There was hardly any chemistry between the lost woman and her husband. Even the villain was not scary at all. Only the lead actress playing the lost wife was convincing. The overall acting of the cast was pretty dry and didn't make me feel anything for them. Neither remorse, nor tension.
Also, the screenplay seemed boring and even annoying at times. All in all, this movie was below average. The only good thing were the camera angles and the scenic beauty.
