Best Years Gone (2021)
Entertaining with great characters!
This is a very entertaining dark comedy with characters you want to follow, in particular the lead actor, DJ Perry, who plays a charming rogue with perhaps a few screws missing. The cast is strong throughout and the story keeps you guessing! I thoroughly enjoyed this film!
The Modern Way (2022)
Rock n' roll action flick
Really enjoyed this rock n' roll action flick set during the Quadrophenia era in Great Britain. Well cast with strong performances and a terrific soundtrack! So much to like about this film!
The 7 Vices (2021)
Highly artistic, stunning imagery
This film is gorgeous and enticing with beautiful photography and an endless array of imagery you won't soon forget. I really didn't want this film to end since it was so beautiful to look at. This is a highly artistic and sophisticated work of cinema.
Bizzarro e Fantastico (2020)
Clever and multi-layered film
A clever and dryly humorous film that makes you think. I can see this story line being extended into many realms. Multi-layered cinema that I found quite interesting!
Can't Stop the Sun from Shining (2019)
Evocative and poetic
This film, like all the films made by Teresa Mular, is an evocative and thought-provoking film with a beautiful and poetic script. I'm sure people will find it moving and also quite humorous. It leaves you feeling good inside!
Bloody Nose, Empty Pockets (2020)
A mosaic of a film.
I found this film very believable and as a former bartender I know many people who could have been characters in a place like this. The film builds slowly in mosaic fashion and creates a multi-dimensional depiction of a so called "third place" that has real value in our increasingly corporate homogenized world. I really liked the film.
