Tell Me Who I Am (2019)
Shocking.. I thought I knew what was going to happen.. Was Wrong
It's a must watch, I don't want to ruin it for you but go in prepared that it's going to shock you and then you'll ask yourself, would you have done the same?
Sneaky Pete (2015)
Instantly Sucks YOU IN! Great Acting, Great Story, GREAT SHOW!
If they don't choose to make this into a show I'm going to boycott Amazon.. Simply Amazing. It felt so real, so raw, you could truly feel the stress and excitement the entire way thru this pilot episode.
Giovanni Ribisi IS Amazing. His best role yet. I don't want to give away any spoilers so I can't say to much but he's playing a double life and plays it amazingly.
Marin Ireland as Julia is very believable and works great with Pete/Marius.
Bryan Cranston is a writer on this show and you most definitely tell. NOT a single show has had me excited and impatiently waiting for the next episode since his previous " Breaking Bad".
This show has Amazing potential to be a big hit. I only hope there are more episodes to come.
Taking Fire (2016)
Put's you On the Battle Field! Great New Show
You truly feel the anxiety and stress of being in the mist of war. Love this new show. If you're a fan of "The Hornet's Nest", "Restrepo", or a similar title you will really enjoy this show. It leaves you wanting more.
The Soldiers that it follows show REAL Emotion during battles to hold down their base "Cop Michigan" one of the most deadly bases to be stationed in Afghanistan right on a major supply route on the border of Pakistan.
This show is NOT filmed with an embedded camera crew instead what you're viewing is footage directly from Helmet cam's of real soldiers in real battle risking their live's in real life or death situations.
It's Virtual Reality but without the Virtual. You feel as if you're playing a First Person shooter with real life and death.
I can't wait for more episodes. Well Done Discovery!
Stranger Things (2016)
Stranger Things is a total flashback to everything you loved about the 80's! Prepare the Popcorn and Netflix and Chill. Get your BINGE on!
Stranger Things is a total flashback to everything that you loved about the 80's! I had the perfect amount of scare factor, anxiety, and nostalgic qualities that I look for in any TV show.
The Cast of mostly unknown children: Will, Mike, Lucas, & Dustin did a very believable job to sell this story. Don't get me wrong there are a few parts that will make you chuckle during this 8 hour adventure but those same parts to me made it all the better. I loved the premise of the entire show and found myself numerous times wanting to look away or cover my eyes knowing something was coming and I DID NOT want to see it. The score and music in this series was amazing as well.
I am very happy to see Winona Ryder back on TV and she played the Character of Joyce Byers perfectly. Very Believable. I thought her entire performance was great!
The remaining supporting cast was also great. David Harbour as Chief Jim Hopper was great as well. He brought the real emotion and feel to his role and the minor subplot that slowly unravels up to the final reveal was amazing. Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven was also Amazing! Every scene she graced was that much better and just her facial expressions alone showed so much emotion. Her subplot as well was wonderful to watch slowly unwind to the reveal as well.
I really hope they are able to spin this off for a second season and they left us with that ONE single moment to make it possible and for us viewers to cross our fingers and wait.
If you are looking for a great serious with an 80's feel and a fun spin on everything you loved from that era prepare to Binge!
