Jojo Rabbit (2019)
I really really enjoyed this movie.
After seeing the trailer for this movie I was extremely interested to see what Taika Waititi was gonna do with a movie about hitler. The movie was a lot slower than I thought it was gonna be but it had this charm to it that kept me from changing the movie. There was an extreme flip flop in my attitude during the movie, many times I smiled and laughed and multiple times where it really just made you think of what you just saw. What I really enjoyed was the progress that Jo Jo went through, portrayed fantastically by Roman Griffin Davis. I would definitely recommend this movie. The story is good filled with amazing actors and a great director.
Speak No Evil (2022)
Well...
Alright then.. there I was, trying to find a good horror or thriller movie when I came across the reviews for this movie. People were saying it was terrifying in different ways. So, I was honestly so excited to watch it. The first 40 minutes I enjoyed, I think? It was just an eerie feeling and sure, I felt uncomfortable at times which comes with watching movies like these. So I stuck through, waiting for the big spooky reveal. What I instead got was an immense annoyance from our main 2 protagonists. The decisions they make are incredibly silly and if I'm being honest, I was kind of rooting for the villians by the end. So my 5 score is only because of the ending.
The Santa Clauses (2022)
It's not as bad as you think.
Reading the little bit of reviews this had kind of got me disappointed, but I learned not to let that deter me from watching anything that remotely interests me. I went in curious as to see why people rated it so low but not surprisingly, I really enjoyed it! The previous Santa Clause movies were super fun to me so knowing there was gonna be a mini series with my forever Santa Clause, THE Tim Allen coming back kinda got me excited. I watched the first episode and it was good and then the second one was better! I mean, if you genuinely liked the movies, you'll probably like this too. I'm excited to see the rest and definitely will be watching the rest of it.
Threat Level Midnight: The Movie (2011)
Roller coaster if emotions
From beginning to end, Michael Scarn to Golden face. It's an amazing movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Cannot recommended this movie more.
Lightyear (2022)
I don't understand the hate
I actually really enjoyed it. It seems to me like people have such a small imagination. I though it was a very fun movie and I regret nothing. When you have nothing to do, just give it a watch.
