Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars - The Director's Cut (2010)
Nico and George Modified
: I can say only one thing : i love it ! Im not a big fan of Point of Click game but the story always make me want to know more and to get beyond all the riddles ( even if it was pretty hard sometimes because it dont have any sense to some riddles or interactions) But that story with the treasures , the templars , the conspiracy.
George being involved with Nico in this History and adventure story make me interested until the end .
Like i said sometimes the frustration come with some riddles or interaction that i didnt found that obvious at first and im not gonna lie : i seeked on internet many times to found the solution just to go forward in the story but it make its charm i guess .
And another great quality that i noticed at first its the quality of the voices of each character : everyone have his tone , his personalities and made everything so much alive that i take a great time to know each people and who they are . The music too is another great quality of the game : very different for each places and give a particular atmosphere , vibes to each places we visited.
The game also have a lot of mysteries , investigations , surprises that i really loved . And i didnt regret to played it . It was a nice experience all along . And the story keep me pushing all along . It was a nice point and click and i hope to see more games like this . Because it have a certain charm and personality that i love .
I didnt played the orignal version or the directors cut ( this version they changed many things and we could even played Nico sometimes and get her POV) but i played the reforged one but the story must be the same and for me its a big yes even if the graphics are a little bit more polished in the Reforge version but the story still interesting in all versions anyway . Good .
Very nice game anyway . Whatever the version of that game you choose im sure that the story will keep you curious until the end. But this version add also some things like Nico POV and we could even played her ! But i dont know if it still have a huge impact on the storyline but im sure all the versions with that story its interesting anyway.

Champions League Next Year ?
We see also the tough games against Barcelona and Dortmund . The preparation of the tactics and the preparation. His convictions of winning even against Dortmund . We know that at the end ehey get eliminated sadly . Not this year for PSG .
His bad relationship with talking with the Journalist and how if he could he could avoid these moments . And i love his honesty once again he just want to share his vision not to get accepted or being understood. Love that.
How also he prepared himself mentally with the decisive game against Dortmund and how to accept to lose sometimes because whoever we are we cant win every time .
The win of Ligue 1 was a little bit contrasted with the lose and we could see how we couldnt celebrate properly how he wanted.
The tribute and the song for Xana was sad to know how his daughter died at an early age and how he dealt with that and how he moves on . A very human approach and i enjoyed to watch and how true and honest that coach is . Of course they dont show everything but it was the most important things of the season of PSG .
Please Luis Enrique the Champions league Next year ?
No tenéis ni **** idea: C'est Catastrophique (2024)
Luis Enrique not scared
It was a nice episode where we can see how simple Luis Enrique is .
He need very few things to live and even ride the bike. I like his behaviour and dont act in a superior way . He also talked about his past , his salary, his career when he was a player and his attitude . How he met his wife.
The tough games in champions league , when he gets angry , the announcement of Mbappe of leaving PSG. But i really like the attitude of Luis Enrique and how he dealt with that and the fact that Mbappe is not more important than the club or the team . And i love that . Thats why i love that guy as a coach.
We hear also about Xana and the sad story behind his dead daughter.
The preparation against Barca.
We got also the most famous scene in that episode when Enrique faced him and talked to him to make the defense work and i love how authentic he was with him . And talk in a honest way . No Hypocrisy . I love it .

Challenges of Luis Enrique
What an episode !
We had that trust of Enrique on the team of PSG : We see their games in champions league . The new life of Enrique in the PSG building . His wife and his childrens are there .
He need also to deal with the fact that Neymar is leaving and other great player .
We see also how simple he is and very minimalist guy who dont want fancy things and just want to find his apartment . I love also his tactics and how he analysed games even if its not everything we can see ( of course) but i like that . Also the big lose against Newcastle .
Fantastic first view in that documentary and that first episode .

Enrique and his first season at PSG
What else to say ?
I love it . A Fantastic documentary . Im a PSG fan and i really enjoyed to see this behind the scenes and how Luis Enrique live his first season there with all the big PSG games in champions league and in Ligue 1.
We got also to know more his intimate life with his wife , his association Xana because of his dead daughter (it was very sad to see that and how Enrique deal with all of that ) . The ending scene was sad but Enrique seemed to move on about this event.
I love to see the amazing talk between the coach and Mbappe and how the coach was not scared to talk to him or even to put team before him . And i think for a coach its a fantastic mentality . Even to know the value Kylian Mbappe but at the same time to not make him that important and even more this year when he annonced to leave the club.
I hope PSG will do more this year in champions League and it will prove that you dont need a particular player to win a champions league but more a strong and united team than everything else . And of course a coach that do his job !

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (2024)
Call of Duty focus on moves
So a nice Call of Duty to be honest .
The sensations are really good. I like also the new moves and how you can implement this with the Call of duty gameplay .
Need to choose wisely which move to do and can take time to really master it .
So what else to say ? I love the maps . Glad to see Nuketown and to play in that map .Nice choices of weapons . I didnt tried all of them but it have some nice feelings . I like the graphics a lot . Pretty nice to play in these visuals . The gameplay is very good for a call of duty so i dont have any other complain . The game is a nice Call of Duty .
I didnt tried the Zombies mode yet but from what i saw since now its a real great game and a nice Call of Duty : I love it . Need to unlock the weapons to test more but so far so good for me.
The Third Man (1949)
Harry Lime
So pretty interesting and i love how we get to the investigations pretty quickly about that Harry Lime and we tried to put the lights on this case because they are some mysteries pretty quick : Who was that third man ? Why Harry Lime get killed ? Who is that woman who was the love of Lime ? And we get to know everything and that big surprisded that Harry Lime was not dead but was involved in some Robbery about Peniciline .
Need to say also that i love the cinematography of the movie , I love also that music who was pretty original to the ears . But where i was a little bit disappointed was about the story and how simple it was . I mean the main reason why we were there get completely gone because nobody killed Lime . So the whodunnit turn into something else : Whydunnit ? And we got that plan to caught Lime trough his best friend and of course the betrayal was sad and also the fact that Lime didnt consider that much his girlfriend was sad too .
But i spent a great time and sad that the investigations didnt get more deep but stopped immediately about founding that Lime was alive . It was funny to see Orson Welles being the character .
I love that sequence when our main character get involved in that dangerous case of knowing too much can make him in danger and the dialogues was interesting with that double meaning about that third man book mixing fiction and reality and the comparison of the life of our main character.
I love also some transitions . How they jump to another scene in style by a zoom or when they pan the camera to the left or the right .
So what else to say ? I just get disappointed by the story but everything else was interesting and the music was very nice and original .
Nice movie .
1883: Behind Us, a Cliff (2021)
Womens talks, Womens attack, Womens regrets .....
Such an interesting episode .
And i found it really focused on the womens : their regrets to have take train , the education . We saw them fights too and give another image that people saw in most of the westerns and thats great .
We see them raise bovine and that kind of farm tasks . And we got the new threats about the people who killed that Women . And it was an interesting episode that had an interesting POV of the womens and i really appreciate that .
So yeah not usual for a Western but other things can get pretty classic with the bandits and the murders . May be careful with the consequences that should arrive in the next episode.
We see also the Dutton girl having some flirt with one guy : probably will discover her sexuality later . And it was very sad that woman needed to get buried her child and at the same time she needed to buried her own hope who get completely destroyed by the bandits . But she had a choice to make : Keep living with new hopes or put an end to this life because there was no hope to better future .
What else to say ? Nothing really . That show is pretty visual and got that cinematic experience that make us appreciate that TV show anyway . Nice.
Le Comte de Monte-Cristo (2024)
A man Consumed by revenge/justice
So i Watched the movie.
But before reviewing that movie i need to say that i didnt read the book so i cant really compare what was in the book and if the movie was faithful to the book . So i will review more what i saw and give my opinion on some things that the movie showed.
So to really summarize that movie its a man who after conspiracy/betrayal of some of his surrounding and friends he wants to take revenge to the people who did this . And to really summarized even more shorter : its a story of friends who become ennemies .
So i had nothing against that but the movie was a little bit too much pretentious in my opinion . And its basically 3 hours for a man to prepare his revenge . Its a little bit long i confess . And we got that Comte of Monte Cristo who is a mastermind . He predicts everything and get dangerous and sensitive at some moments mostly for love .
So yeah the movie start in a fast rythm and get slowed a little bit by explaining, made the plan to work . Its a little bit hard to identify ourself to this main character mostly by his hateful intentions , and the fact he was always right . So it was a little bit hard to really identify ourself but we were more curious to see how he will execute his plans .
I need also to mention that the music was fantastic . I Love when Haydee sing and play the instrument . It was fantastic to the ears and fantastic to the eyes because Haydee was beautiful and i fell in love too like Albert .
There was some surprises in the revelation there and there : But it was pretty classic and it had nothing new to the horizon in that movie . Some characters was interesting but clearly simple ( not psychological in any way , despite talking about emotions). Lack a little bit of depth .
The costumes was fantastic , the set design too , the make up and the disguise was ok and work in most of the scenes for the good of the Movie . But except that it was ok i mean nothing fantastic .
The movie had some great musics , some interesting arcs ( their journey after all these years and how they changes in a credible way )for some characters but at the end of the day its someone who tried to get revenge for all the conspiracy against him and his innoncence at the beginning who turned him into someone more cold but still Weaken by love .
Nice movie anyway and i enjoyed it my time even if i felt the movie a little bit long for what it is but clearly watchable .
1883: 1883 (2021)
The Dutton Family
Nice episode .
Before reviewing that i need to say that i didnt watch Yellowstone or 1923. So cant really compare and its my first time hearing about Dutton Family and it was pretty interesting .
This is clearly pure cinema: few words , more camera working to show rather than tell , let the viewers see what is happening before any description or dialogues . I like also the voice over who get to let us know a more intimate POV of the characters talking and i didnt mind that . And create a connection with the viewer.
I like also to know the Dutton Family . That lady who get caught by her mom getting watched by another men was funny sequence and the Dutton family is reunited in that hotel . And at the end , the daughter almost get raped was a traumatizing event not gonna lie
We got some mysteries too with what Carried Dutton before his family come to him. And it seemed really important . It wake up our interest . We got to know the region more : the immigrants , the use of guns .... And also the Smallpox sickness.
Im still curious to see the other episodes and what that tv show is all about .
Nice first episode anyway that introduce the Dutton family.
Bright Falls (2010)
Jake Wake ?
I was a little bit hesitant at first watching this TV show because scared that it will not do justice to do the video game and even more when i saw that every episodes was only 5 min .
But guess what ? I really enjoyed it and that show is pretty direct and love how they made some sequences . And it was a nice prequel to the Alan Wake series with Jake and his problem that he need to face all along the episodes .
We witnessing also that he is the one who killed or taken Sam and even his colleague .
Even the sequence with the policeman at Jake s home was an interesting POV of what Jake have inside him.
I really enjoyed it and i think it was very well made and have that suspense , mysteries , dark vibes that i really enjoyed .
The references of Alan Wake was there and even for a 5 min episodes i found it very interesting and go pretty straight and let us curious about what Jake will do about his condition: he disappear in a brutal way and it add to the weirdness of the TV show and i really like it .
So i really recommend it and yeah pretty impressive what they did with so short amoung of time and the story and the ambience help the TV show very well .

Bright Falls: Clearcut (2010)
Jake Before Alan Wake .
So very nice .
I love how it goes and the Police man who enter Jack s home and all convinced that it must be a wild animal who did that and we understand the meaning behind these words : Jake Has something not human inside him.
And Jake seem to have attack his colleague too . Jake waiting on his car and somehow disappear was an interesting horror vibe and it get a nice introduction to Alan Wake himself in his car and entering Bright Falls . I watched again the video game Alan Wake 1 hoping for a clue that relate that show . But it was a separate event i guess .
Anyway very interesting and love that Strangeness vibes and that particular look and sequences .
Nice ending anyway.
Bright Falls: Off the Record (2010)
An Angry Jake ?
Very interesting episode and something weird is happening to Jake . I mean scared of lights ? Double personnalities ?
I dont really know but even when he tried to attached himself to stop waking up in strange places he gets a surprise to see himself that angry and suppose to be really him ? I dont really know what happened with Jake but it was still interesting and have some interest .
Only 5 minutes of the episode and i found it pretty interesting despite being very short . The mysteries are there , the plot work well and we are curious about how it will end and to know more about Jake Problem. Need to see more.
Bright Falls: Overnight (2010)
Visions and Reality in Bright Falls
Very nice.
Still have that mystery side that i enjoyed very much.
Once again , we get into the visions of Jake and we wondering if he is not a victim of someone who take him when he passed out or maybe a possession. ? and the fact that he is probably the one who attack Sam.
The cop and the lady who got arrested was pretty weird and give more creepiness to that TV Show. And it worked pretty well and i enjoyed these moments anyway. Fit very well in that TV Show. Nothing really else to say excep to watch more episodes to understand more whats really going on in that town and whats happening to Jake.
Nice episode still short but i enjoyed it anyway and have a nice ambience too .

Bright Falls: Lights Out (2010)
the Thing in the woods ?
An interesting episode where Jake wake up in the woods covered in some weird blood mud or whatever it is .
He asked Ellen for helped with also the drawings but she said to him to leave the town . And wondering if she know more than what she seemed to pretend .
Another mystery with the people at the motel where they get disturbed by a monster in the woods ?or something else ? I dont really know .
It was very well made and it was enough to create mysteries, interest and made us pretty curious despite being really short . We just want to know whats really happening and if its linked to Jake problems .
Need to see more.
Bright Falls: Time Flies (2010)
Jake and the Visions .
So we start where we left .
But Jake found a motel and stay there .
Next morning , we are in Bright Falls again . And like the first episode we still have that reference to Alan Wake in an interview to talk about his book.
But this episode also deliver mysteries trough Jake and mostly when he needed to talk to a man for an article and suddenly had these visions ( i found the quick frames of things very well made and create uncomfortable frames for us the viewer).
We dont really know whats all about and once again its a little bit short too and the mysteries are there at the end when Jake realised that he had written and made some drawings in his notebook : pretty weird to be honest.
So i guess the next episode will give more answers . But it was nice and need to see the episode 3.
Bright Falls: Oh Deer (2010)
Going to Bright Falls?
So that show is a prequel to Alan Wake so i need to say it was pretty well made despite being very short .
I like the reference of Alan Wake and the vibe that come trough this Bright falls coffee.
That Town have a particuliar atmosphere and seem strange with these people who wished a happy birthday to the main character . Pretty weird .
But also we got that scene where he hit a deer and something is pretty strange .
But it was only the beginning . Pretty hard to know what that show is really about except to be in the World of Alan Wake series . I was just curious and now i want to see more and whats all about that Bright Falls show.
Nice first episode but its very sad that its so short and we dont really have time to appreciate the world , the universe , the story and the characters . Nice anyway.
Fallen (1998)
Azazel and a Cop
I didnt expect that the movie take that Supernatural turn .
It was an interesting initative and i really enjoyed how slowly the movie begin .
The investigations was very interesting and start in a realistic way to slowly become paranormal.
Need to mention the performance of Denzel Washington who played very well that cop who get into different situations and tensions.
Azazel , a demon is a big threat in the movie but things could become frustrated because the monster look so strong : so we are asking to ourselves : does it really interesting to see a man fight a demon the whole movie ?
Not really but i like how it shift to supernatural horror . I didnt see a lot of movies like this and to be honest it was refreshing . And the work of the camera was also original when Azazel was arround .
I didnt really fully understand the ending : Hobbes supposed to live in a cat body ? I was a little bit lost there but anyway the movie and the investigations with these killings was really interesting . The Milano woman too give valuable informations to our understanding and bring mysteries with her father .
There was also some comedy that i appreciate and i was surprised to see James Gandolfini who play the soprano guy there and it was nice .
What else to say ? Definitely a movie worth watching and i appreciate the mixed of genres and that supernatural threat that let us also powerless for John Hobbes who get accused of murder of the teacher and stuff but it was well made . Still interesting in 2024

Don't Look Now (1973)
The Daughter , the Wife and the Blind woman
I dont really know .
Im pretty mixed feelings about that movie .
The movie start in a tragic way : their daughter died and after that we dont really know what will happened after that .
The movie take a long time to really give what was that movie about and we needed to wait a long time after some sexual scenes , some talks . But we got to know two womens : one is blind and pretend to have seen their daughter .
Ok it seemed to have a nice idea there but what happened after that ? Nothing to be honest : we see the woman who said to be careful and strange things happening with the man who almost died and the woman when she leave her husband for their son it gets only. Worried. But nothing really happened .
We feared at first that the womens did something to His woman but she is welll and nothing happened .
The other main interest is that they saw someone in the same clothes as their daughter : so we asked ourself if their daughter is alive .
But i think it was interesting because we got that side story about killing at Venice and at the end we realised that the person in the red dress was the killer of the other victims and it was clearly not their daughter .
So yeah maybe that part was surprising and interesting but it took a little bit time to start and the story had some holes in the narration but except that it was interesting even if there is no real horror except the end but its very short and intense and at the same time we realised that the Husband get killed by the Killer of Venice Victims .
So yeah im a little bit mixed feelings : Not a bad movie at all but it take a long time to take place and we got the real horror only at the end . In between its only worries ,hope, Sorrow ...
So good but not that excellent despite that i like the main ideas but it lack of direction at some moments but it was ok i guess.
Alan Wake II: The Lake House (2024)
Was it really necessary ?
Im quite mixed feeling about this extension. I just finished it.
The story was a little bit off . I mean i really didnt understand a thing except that we are fighting some paintings and stuff . We have something a breach that happened and we need to investigate . I think the story was a big let down in my opinion and because its really short too : 2 hours to finish it so very little to developp and i felt that the end felt rushed and it end in a brutal way .
So yeah quite mixed but still the atmosphere was there and the ambience too. With some new mechanics of light , new monsters but everything felt a little bit short and we wondering : was it that necessary ? The story felt a little bit empty and there is nothing really new to be honest . We have some references to Alan Wake 2 but very short and i felt a little bit unsatisfied at the end of the game .
So yeah pretty disappointing and the story bring nothing new or thrilling : most of the game is more about riddles , fights , text and some footage there and there .
I need to mention the difficulty : It get very frustrating at some sequences ( a lot of ennemies , some annoying movements mechanics , getting surrounded by a lot of monsters can get very annoying) and its really hard to found some health items and it get frustrating very quick and even the final boss : I need to say that the movements of our characters are annoying and i had hard time to dodge some attacks : i mean we need a big timing to dodge very well and sometimes you got damage if you didnt dodged well and its just annoying because the movements are like this so it was a big frustration all the game . And only one password annoyed me too and it was the first one to enter the elevator and i needed to look on the internet : it was not that obvious to be honest and thats why i was more frustrated in that extension more than i enjoyed it : mostly by the fights and the emptiness of the story . But anyway i went trough all of that so good
So yeah its playable and have some tensions and i still love the music and the atmosphere but thats all . The story and this extension dont really bring nothing new or nothing important in the story . But i spent a good moment anyway.
Joker: Folie à Deux (2024)
The Clown with two identity ??
So i was worried before watching that movie : so many low rating review and i asked myself what happened ? And it almost broke my hype on it because i was waiting for that movie for a long time but when i watched i didnt see that movie that bad . Let me explain :
I really like it . I found that exploration of Joker s mind pretty interesting and even the small cartoon let us see a brief thing about the double identity about Joker . And the psychological theme was there : double identity and this is what we talked about during the trial that possibility of Artur being into two people. Joker and Artur .
And we explore also the imagination of Joker trough that Musical genre that a lot of criticize . I really didnt mind and give a lot of sensuality and nice sequences . Of course it was not faithful to the comics and whats joker is about but it was another view and perception of the Joker and i really enjoyed it to be honest .
Even the musical genre was not my favorite genre but i really think it fit in that movie and even if i didnt expect that it worked and give another Vibe to the Joker .
And we get also a big part in the trial talking about multiple things and come back to the event of the first movie . And i enjoyed that part where he get there with the Clown makeup and give an interesting mise en scene .
So we know that Artur seemed to be alone and not had that second personnality but at the end it was always about him and his disillusiionment about the world . And Why people are so serious ?
I love also the relationship between Artur and Lee even if their relationship feel a little bit forced but we understand why : Lee have that fantasy about having a relationship with Joker but we get sad because at the end she seemed want to end that because Artur was only Artur and i found the treatment well writtten .
The end let me a little bit indifferent : i dont think it was that necessary to make Artur Died that suddenly but i guess we get the most interesting themes despite that unecessary scene .
But i still Admit that i really enjoyed not because that movie is faithful to the joker comics or world but they tried something more human , to explore some psychological about theme like double personnality , imagination . And i like the other perspective they made on that movie .
Seeing the reviews at first made me worried but always made your own opinion on things and im glad that i watched it and i really think it was a nice movie telling the Joker's story ...... in a different way . And the musical side didnt bothered me and even let us enter the imagination of Artur and give a more intimate relationship with Artur .
I really felt it but it was just my review on that movie that i feel get a lot of critics for not the good reasons (being faithful to the comics). They just tried something and i enjoyed their attempt to give that story another vibe, another POV.
Quick words about the cinematography , lights that i founv very good and it made the movie very pleasant , very dark and more colourful at other times and it was a nice experience on that side .
I could talk even more about that movie
But i think it was really worth it and i still dont get the bad reviews . I mean make your opinion and try to watch it with an open mind on the Joker representation.
Monsters: Please Don't Go (2022)
The Young Dahmer
So pretty interesting .
The representations of his childhood can let us see maybe where his fantasies can come from and that obsessions about Bones and understanding the organic nature of life and that fascination maybe for the human body .
And also some psychology with the fact that the father was really not there and worked a lot . Maybe a big miss was created with Dahmer .
But i dont really know how his brain really worked but all these murders and horrible things clearly come from that fascination and obsessions .
I was really shocked with that incident with the young 14 years old guy and how things happened and to know that the call that they let us hear was from a real call between the police and the neighbours was really sad : the police didnt go deep in the situation and didnt take the time to see how old was that boy .But i guess that can happened .
That lead him to his death anyway .
So very interesting and we explore more his past and how he was younger . And we saw also his recent crimes and how it started .

Dahmer and the strange smell
So basically we get introduced to Dahmer and how he acts and how he get caught by the police .
And we discover all the strange things happening there : the smell , the missing persons , the attempt of murder , the discovery of multiple bodies , some acid .
So i guess we start at the end to recover all the victims of Dahmer and how he acts violent all these years without getting caught .
Of course i know Dahmer only by name and only heard that he is a serial killer but i didnt really know what he really did to these victims and most important thing why ? I mean what happened in his head ? Is that a psychological thing. ? A fear to get abandoned ? A fear of loneliness. ? Or some fantasies? I hope this series will bring some comprehension and study his behaviour in more depth . But for now quite satisfied even if it was pretty horrible .
But im pretty curious to know all the murders and how he killed and mostly why ? And what psychological need these killings really translate ? Need to see more .
