The Decline of Western Civilization Part III (1998)
punx
This movie is an accurate description of a small sect of the punk scene. Since the 80s it has grown so much and has so many parts, and this is just about a few squatters from L.A., most of whom i know. And it is good as a documentary about them but don't pretend that this is at all a documentary about hte punk scene of today
The Green Berets (1968)
Jeez
This movie was horrible! How can anyone praise this movie? The sets, acting, amount of realism, everything about it was bad. Filming a vietnam movie on American plains may have been a mistake. This is just badly made american propaganda.
Paura nella città dei morti viventi (1980)
Boredom, Boredom...... Boredom
Jeez. This movie was boring! I love zombie movies and it took a good 70 minutes of the 90 minute movie to get to the actual zombies. And the zombies... looked completely idiotic and , just...bad. It look like the makeup artist just threw some jelly on a couple people's faces and thought, wow, what a great job. The zombies are nothing compared to dawn of dead, zombie, day of dead, or even night of the living dead. The movie itself is, well, just dumb. The drill scene is cool (although I still don't understand the logic of it) but the intenstine vomiting scene was fake as all hell. Anyone else notice how badly her face was painted onto the model that was having the entrails thrusted through it looked? Anyway, there was a little atmosphere that was alright, but man, most else made this pretty lame... and the music? they just took the score from zombie (that consisted of one song anyway) and play it backwards with extremely lo-fi equipment. If zombie was his hit, and this was made the next year, it seems that he would have gotten at least some budget, but it seems as though he borrowed 10 bucks from his neighbor to fund this one, but, still, it has an undeniable charming quality.
