ReBoot: My Two Bobs (2001)
More episodes, please!
This movie (I got to see it as a movie :) ) absolutely blew my mind. For one thing, I was glad that "Bob Bob" had the same voices as the original (Ian James Cortlett). But more than that, it was incredible how Mainframe Entertainment Inc. managed to incorporate so many little details from past episodes into the movies. Except they left us with a HUGE cliffhanger. Why? Why? Why? We need more episodes!
Cruel Intentions (1999)
Prays on teens' hormones.
Well, it's kind of hard to actually comment on the acting or the story in this movie, because someone managed to hide it behind a cloud of sex. Seriously, the only reason this movie was a hit was because it appeals to the hormones of it's target viewer audience (yah, sure, pretend you saw this movie for any other reason). No matter what kind of sex you like, there's something for you. For instance, if you're gay, there's a gay football player getting caught in bed with Joshua Jackson, who plays a gay. If you're a lesbian, you can watch Sarah Michelle Gellar kissing Cecile. (Also, I'm a girl, so I don't know if this is true, but someone's told me that guys get turned on by that kind of stuff?). Or, if you're into any thing else, romance, anal sex, Ryan Phillipe's butt....well, you get the point.
So go see this movie, and let your hormones run wild, but don't expect it to actually be a good movie.
(P.S. If I actually should talk about the story line, Sebastian and Annette's relationship wasn't explored in enough detail)
