In the airport scene, the plane that takes off is a Cessna with tricycle landing gear. The plane shown bucking the tornado is a Piper Cub with a tail wheel.
In the final scene, the Beretta handgun is clearly shown to be without a magazine, even though it is subsequently fired. Since the Beretta does not have a magazine safety, this is possible, by loading a singe round into the chamber, but it just doesn't look quite right.
