- Alternate versionsFor the theatrical release in India, the CBFC demanded that 8 cuts be made to the film before it could be approved with an A rating. These cuts removed dialogue and visuals which the board disapproved of for political reasons.

I first saw this in a theater when it released. Revisited bits of it few days back.
It is about a vigilante (John Abraham) who kills corrupt cops by setting them on fire, thereby gaining public support for wiping out the corrupt cops.
Worried by the rising body count and seeing other cops terrified, an officer is assigned to hunt down the killer.
The film has lots of violent killings, an item song, some melodrama, Bollywood romance n a script straight outta the 80s but the end product is a decent action thriller with lots of dead corrupt cops.
Watch out for the beating of the bald cop.
I loved the beating of the pervert cop n its background music.
