During the radio take-over scene, the Radio VO was narrated by the film director himself, using FBI's transcripts of the event.
Before being completed, the project won Churubusco PostProduction prize in 2008 and the "Coral de PostProducción" at the Habana Film Festival in 2016.
The date for the Avant-Premier of the film was September 24, 2017, but the severe damage that Hurricane María caused in Puerto Rico forced it to be postponed.
Most of the non-diegetic music used in the film were favorite songs of the main character.
