Filmed at A4 Studios CIC in Altrincham, Cheshire. A centre for disabled and low income artists consisting of 28 Artists studios, Air Contemporary Art Gallery and Bar 44/12, Once Bitten was filmed in one of the oldest parts of the building dating back to the 1830's whilst the building was being converted into the studios. Manchester Metrolink Trams pass by the building every 6 minutes posing a real challenge for the film makers. But as the film is set in 1970's New York the trams easily doubled for the El.
