Director Gaurav Narayanan (of movies like Sigaram Thodu, Thoonga Nagaram etc.) has given a decent thriller.
Hero Udayanidhi Stalin has given a very subdued performance, without the tiring punch dialogues, over the board stunt scenes or love scenes.
Daniel Balaji is cool and suave in his role as Chota. Surprisingly, even Suri's role is enjoyable as he just ambles along with hero most of the times and cracking a few good jokes. Manjima Mohan has got a few scenes to act than just being a glamour doll.
The director is able to keep up the tempo and even though he is inspired by the Hollywood movie Traitor (released in 2008, with Don Cheadle in the lead), he is able to build his own version. He is also inspired by the movie Premium Rush in a few scenes.
