During the 4th of July parade in the small town of Kentucky, terror suddenly rains upon it. A car barrels through the crowd killing several people, leaving Sheriff Ruby McCullers to save the day. The car ends up crashing into a float, leaving Sheriff Ruby to pull her gun on the suspected terrorist.
