Similar to Das melancholische Mädchen, Dieter was also a bored, sad, disaffected German expressionist who interviewed celebrities in whom he was barely interested. Art for art on top of art inside of an artcicle is not a statement, it is an 76 minute cry for attention aimed solely at the kind of critics that pan highly audience rated movies because they think that only they "understand" what real art is.
