When walking up to the village after disembarking from the boat, Thomas carries a small brown bag. When he walks into the village he's carrying a large green bag.
Quinn is stabbed in an artery and losing blood from his neck, yet this wound is no longer bleeding in the next scene. Quinn also was slashed across the nose and cheek in a flashback, which is correctly shown healed and scarred in the next scene.
After a fight, Thomas loops a rag around his left hand, but the rag is suddenly wrapped and secured in the following shot.
When Thomas crawls under the water to escape, he climbs out of the other side and uses a petrol lighter to see in the cave. The lighter wouldn't have worked after being submerged in water.
