Only re enactments.
Various, pretty much unconnected, people giving their opinions (telling the story).
1 or 2 scenes of interrogation-tapes (approx. 10 sec. long) per episode.
super weird soundtracks.
the victims are not even honored with full names or at least a picture in the end.

Watched an episode i new a lot on. They only had 5 things that where true in it. The rest they made up. This did not help any sort of way and left out a lot of things.

Love to binge me some on True Crime Series, but it was impossible to make it through the first episode of Murder Among Friends. The incessant racket that I guess is supposed to be the soundtrack was so incredibly annoying that it made me want to go out and murder one of my friends. It literally never stops, even playing over the dialogue. I think it's the "music" they use to torture terrorists down in Guantanamo. Either that or they gave some asylum inmates a load of broken instruments to see what would transpire. Also, looked to be mostly reenactments, which is never a good sign for the true crime genre. So, I guess I gotta keep looking for the next binge worthy series....
