In the opening, the Universal Pictures logo appears as a print, and then the full Universal logo appears afterwards.
In the closing credits the film title "AMBULANCE" fades away with only two letters, "LA" remaining and turning yellow (LA for Los Angeles and yellow for the color of the ambulance vehicles).
