Murat Ünal, the writer, director, producer of this movie couldn't find anyone who would commit to play the lead role due to the low budget of the production, and the time an actor would be blocked as a lead. Unable to find an actor and rather cancel the whole picture he decided to play the lead himself. It marks his first time as an actor. He was so eager to make this movie that he wouldn't let him stop from not finding the right lead. But he had no idea if it would work or not. Letting him only hope he wouldn't make a total fool of himself. He admits he is happy with the result and that it worked out. But during the whole time shooting he wasn't sure and barely never had time to review the dailies due to the very little time and production constraints.

While having a very small crew and all first-timers on a feature, the director/producer would learn his lines while driving to the set each morning because every evening he had to handle different production problems. Such as actors who already committed to minor roles canceling the night before shooting and casting new ones.

The director started with no money and funding in an old empty basement in the backyard, which he was allowed to use. He worked there for 2 months alone during pre-production until finding his first few crew members. 5 days before the set shooting date, 3 of the only 4 crew members he had gathered up to that point left the production due to disbelief, that it could be done. The director had to postpone and push the shooting date 4 weeks back in order to find a new crew. He wasn't willing to stop his dream of making the movie.
