Later in the film Sandra is re-watching the footage by herself and rewinds a segment. The picture on the TV screen tears and shows on screen noise bars as the footage is wound backwards, and sounds of a video recorder rewinding then switching back to playback mode are heard.
The on screen images and sounds heard during the operation should not have been present if the footage was on DVD as stated in the earlier scene.

When Sandra catches her husband with his mistress they both have lipstick smeared all around their mouths. When the mistress appears moments later her lipstick is immaculate.
Charlie manages to drive off a tow truck with some 'mystical' force supporting the rear of his van, then preventing the vehicle from just crashing to the ground.
Bif says she missed Sandra's 50th birthday party ten years earlier because she was protesting against the construction of the Newbury Bypass. The bypass was constructed between 1996 and 1998 whereas Sandra's 50th would have been in 2007, ten years later.
The interior and exterior shots of Bif's home could not be the same place. The exteriors shots showed a apartment building with single story apartments all identical. In the interior shots, right inside the front door was a stair case upward to a second floor.

Sandra scatters Bif's ashes in the Ladies' Pond on Hampstead Heath. But ashes should not be scattered into still bodies of water like lakes, only into running water and most local authorities would not permit this.
