Most of Red Rock is shot in an old cigarette factory in Dublin.
The actor Boyko Krastanov (Adrijan Kosos) is one of the biggest Bulgarian film stars in recent years. He was traveling constantly from Bulgaria to Ireland to shot simultaneously Red Rock in Dublin and the Fifth Season of Bulgarian criminal drama - Pod Prikritie (Undercover).
