Purple Squirrels

Finally, a home grown series that a generation of youth can relate to. What a great show! Seems like this series has the potential to breakthrough the the usual drivel of prime-time and become a leading force in the Canadian TV game. I thought the characters were well rounded and I was legitimately interested in what they will do next or what will happen to them. I think there is a little bit of Alex's character in every post university student such as myself entering the work force. Not to mention we have all had that lazy useless roommate and girlfriend we only sort of like. I felt the show was more approachable with no name actors, gave it a feeling like I was watching my friends struggle. Therefore is was very entertaining. I was impressed with the audio/video based on the 2 day shoot and virtually no budget, but if this series is going to be a real player, that will have to improve in future episodes. I look forward to seeing this series get made and watching it flourish. Good like PS and keep it coming! What the hell is a purple squirrel anyway?
