A woman is approached by a man who has kidnapped her daughter.

A creepy perverted guy hiding behind a clown mask has his way with a pretty young woman, you know it&#39;s going to be bad when he takes her to a hotel room wearing his clown mask and no one thinks to call the police, someone, had to see him come into the hotel, the desk clerk, housekeeping, someone.... So this film has an interesting premise but the absolute lack of any cinematic vision makes this an un-watchable piece of trash, there is almost no dialog and the film maker uses slow-motion and close up shots to stretch 20 minutes of what could be a good story into 74 minutes of pain and torture, not for the female star of the movie because she at least got paid for the part but for you the viewer, 74 minutes of your life that you will never get back. 1 star for the poster, and 2 stars for the actress (Rachel Crow) being brave enough to put this on her resume and then doing 3 more films for the same director.

The Lesser Evil

Zebub has been keen to address the issue of whether his films are art or pornography throughout his career. I&#39;m not entirely sure what his definition of pornography is, or why his films need to be either one or other, but this film would be a good one to highlight if you wanted to support the &quot;porn&quot; interpretation. The story? Women meets up with masked maniac who she thinks had kidnapped her daughter, and agrees to be taken by him to a hotel room where she will be sexually fondled and assaulted. Her idea is that if she agrees to being mistreated he will release her daughter. SPOLIER - it turns out at the end that he hasn&#39;t kidnapped her daughter after all, and she&#39;s agreed to be molested for nothing. But the plot, such as it is, fades into the background for an hour of this film in which we&#39;re treated to the usual Zebub material - naked women being fondled, ball gags, close-ups of genitalia, the kissing of nipples, and one mildly amusing scene in which the masked man subjects her to assault by a mains-operated vibrator which is clearly switched off at the time. So we have 2 minutes of set up material at the start, 5 minutes of plot resolution at the end, and an hour of sexual depravity sandwiched between. Luckily the level of threat is diminished considerably by the reactions of the victim, whose facial expressions range between bored, slightly irritated and mildly constipated throughout. Zebub does much better when he focuses more on the story and plot development. He has some genuinely inventive ideas which he rarely fully develops and the sexual material usually overshadows everything else. I&#39;m hoping one day to see a Zebub film in which there&#39;s a consensual sex scene. Fingers crossed....
