Christmas films like Fred Claus, Four Christmases, The Polar Express, Jack Frost and Elf will arrive at the end of the month right before Thanksgiving. Hustlers (2019) leaves the streamer on Nov. 30, and Plus One leaves Nov. 16.

On Thursday, Catfish: The TV Show co-host Kamie Crawford announced her exit from the MTV reality series with a statement on social media, nearly six years after tracking down her first ‘catfish’ with Schulman.

One episode in and “The Challenge” is already crushing it on the ratings front. The “Battle of the Eras” premiere saw the biggest season-to-season growth on share in the franchise’s history, TheWrap has exclusively learned.

Overall, the premiere share for the MTV original was up 63% compared to last season, meaning that 6.6% of all households who were watching TV that night tuned in to watch “The Challenge” this season versus the 4.06% from last season’s premiere episode. “Battle of the Eras” was also the highest-rated season premiere for the franchise in three years, back when Season 37 debuted in 2021.

Ratings for the Season 40 premiere versus last season’s were up 20%. “Battle of the Eras” saw a 0.81 in ratings as opposed to the 0.675 the series saw last season. This marks the biggest season-to-season premiere growth when it comes to ratings in six years.

In honor of its milestone 40th season, MTV is bringing back a record-breaking 40 contestants to face off in “The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras.”

Starting this Wednesday, the competitors will be evenly split into four eras depending on when they were introduced to the franchise — Era 1, Seasons 1-10; Era 2, Seasons 11-20; Era 3, Seasons 21-30; and Era 4, Seasons 31-39 — competing for their share of the $1 million prize.

After numerous talks, many seemed to agree that Aqel Carson and Anissa Aguilar and Will Gagnon and Dew Pineda were perfect matches.

The pressure is on for the Are You the One? Season 9 cast to win the $750,000. Through seven matchup ceremonies, the highest number of beams they have gotten is six out of a possible 11. However, he requested Cc Cortez come with him first. The two were lying together when Taylor noticed and told Cc she was “everywhere.”

It got heated when Cc shot back that Taylor previously thought several people had the potential for her perfect match. She called Cc a “leech” because she believes her castmates attach to anyone who gives her attention, and the ladies came face-to-face until others pulled them apart.

The Challenge veterans Tori Deal and Devin Walker have made their stamp in the show, making it to a couple of finals, but they’ve fallen short of the goal; a championship. When they teamed up for season 38’s Ride or Dies, it confused some fans as they wondered when the castmates developed such a close friendship. Speaking to seven-time champ Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio after her win, Tori detailed her bond with Devin, explaining it developed before they joined the competitive franchise.
