As I hadn't heard about this 2020 horror comedy titled "Sorry I Killed You" prior to now in 2021 when I had the chance to watch it, then I didn't know what to expect from writer and director Jon Artigo.
I will say that "Sorry I Killed You" certainly was watchable. However, it wasn't an outstanding horror comedy. There are far better horror comedies out there of the same type like this one. If you think a watered down version of the 2010 "Tucker and Dale vs Evil", then you essentially have "Sorry I Killed You".
The storyline in "Sorry I Killed You" was pretty straight forward and offered enough entertainment for a single viewing. And I am saying single viewing here, because "Sorry I Killed You" doesn't have the contents to support more than a single viewing actually.
The acting in the movie was actually rather good, taking into consideration the type of movie this was and its premise. Sure, you'll not find yourself in for stellar performances, but the actors and actresses actually did good enough jobs with their individual roles and characters.
I enjoyed the comedy that there was throughout the course of "Sorry I Killed You". It was definitely right up my alley, so the movie did score some points on that account.
The events and the killings in the movie were actually fun to watch and was well thought up by writer and director Jon Artigo, so that definitely worked out well in favor of the movie.
While "Sorry I Killed You" was watchable, it was - as I mentioned earlier - a movie that you'll just watch a single time. There was just something missing from the storyline to make it exceptional.
My rating of this 2020 movie lands on a mediocre five out of ten stars.

What a waste of time, please don't watch it..and to imagine I even wasted my data downloading it,no plot at all.
I can't believe this film was released earlier this year, the worst movie i've ever seen in my entire life😑

The weighted average is 2.5, but with 7 x 1* from 11 people who actually watched & rated it, the Median is 1. This sounds to fantastically BAD that one should watch it. OTOH, those 11 were so shocked that they didn't leave a review, even not the lonely 10* rating (which was likely the director). I am still unsure what to do, it might break my brain.

What would happen if you gave a handful of untalented "actors" a "script" and said go to work? This piece of trash is what would happen. I truly hope that everyone involved in this "movie" has really good day jobs and never works in Hollywood again.

Thought I would turn it off within 5 mins but watched to the end and I laughed out loud. This movie doesn't take itself seriously at all and it's funny and silly! Definitely a bit gory and slightly twisted so not for the squeamish! Good laugh if you like that sort of thing 😂
I found it very humorous and a little funny in its stupid
Ideal but loved it .

This is definitely a low budget movie but it deserves a better rating. It is really funny (I think). A lot like "Cabin"
only really funny. Not for teen agers.

I laughed a lot to this movie, definitely had it's moments but unfortunately some really unmotivated sexist comments to some of the girls.
This movie wasn't laugh out loud funny, but I did find myself smiling lol
It wasn't a horror movie at all, just some absurd things....that I could see happening.
You don't have to think, just sit back and watch it.
