Ida discovers that her husband is a penny of the mafioso Don Cesare Romeo who is arrested by Commissioner Bellomo and convinces Ida to testify and to protect her together with her son Salvatore sends it to Genoa. On the train Don Cesare sends Don Saro to put a bomb. While Salvatore goes to the bathroom, the bomb explodes, but Ida and Savior remain ill, but all believe them dead. Ida spits for death and changes identity while son Tuccio. Then Gabriella (Ida) marries Pasquale Vitaliano.

Ida, with the identity of Gabriella Pagliuca, married Pasquale Vitaliano, one of the four Agnese's sons, discovering that the woman is not Gabriella but Ida. The two decide to keep the secret. Meanwhile, in Italy, Don Cesare discovers that Ida is still alive and sends Don Saro again to kill her. In New York Don Pepino asks Donna Agnese to marry her but she refuses. Later Don Gillo Draghi, a powerful godfather, proposes to Donna Agnese a deal: You will sell the butcher in exchange for a reward.

Agnes comes out of the Draghi estate and goes home. Meanwhile Ida finds Agnes's daughter has a relationship with Vito, a driver of the Draghi family. Ruggero, son of Agnes, falls in love with Ida, but she begins to try something for Paschal. Don Saro, meanwhile, joins Vitaliano's villa to kill Ida, but after a clash with Pasquale lying on the ground and Don Saro flees severely wounded. Agnes, discovering the story of Ida, promises her son to protect her and forgive her.

Commissioner Bellomo finds that Ida is alive and that Don Cesare killed his former husband and that he must testify against it. Bellomo relocated Ida and Salvatore to an apartment but he escapes back home Vitalian. Bellomo on his return stops Don Cesare, Don Gillo repays the deal at Donna Agnese, being the owner of New York stores, the loss of a butcher shop will not be a problem and she decides to sell the butcher shop to Don Gillo not knowing it will serve from mafia coverage.

Agnese comes from the notary for the sale of the butcher shop. Mafia families from New York go to Don Gillo to tell him that Don Caruso has ordered that if the Vitalian family is not mafioso must be protected by mafia families. Don Gillo then quits the request. Meanwhile Louise leaves the clinic but when she returns home she sees Ida and Ruggero kissing. Don Gillo wants to dishonor with his son, Felicita daughter of Agnese, in order to take possession of 2% of the Butchery and New York territories.

Raffaele kidnaps Felicita to dishonor her but Vito saves the girl, Raffaele dies. Felicita and Vito went to Don Gillo for revenge. Ida urges Little Italy traders to react to the mafia and they accept. Giuliano through her sister Mariarosa is able to capture and kill Vito, Felicita goes home where her mother is intent on everything now to avenge her daughter's love even to clash with Don Gillo. But the mafia boss sends men to kill Ruggero.

Ruggero escaped the attack at Little Italy. Gabriella must find someone to report Don Gillo. Rra lei and Ruggero break out the passion, and then Louise gives himself to Giuliano Draghi. Mariarosa Draghi also confesses to Felicita that the way to see Vito is to look at the sea. Agnese invites the family to Don Peppino Abarre's restaurant but a man from Don Gillo kills Nicolino and Ruggero and that evening turns into Agnese Vitaliano's revenge for Don Gillo Draghi.

After mourning, Agnese does not give up and in order to prevent the murder of a murder, Gabriella asks for help from Judge Blake. She suggests to track down Mariarosa Draghi, the only one capable of sending Don Gillo to jail, but the girl seems to have disappeared into nothingness. Meanwhile Louise is unloaded by Giuliano Draghi. Contact Gabriella, revealing that lawyer Lettieri and his granddaughter were killed by Giuliano and handing them the evidence that the mafioso nails.
