Instant family

Julia (Ackles) is a financially struggling fitness instructor who meets a widowed business owner (Smith) with a young family. Julia's pregnant sister (Frigon) encourages her to pursue a relationship but she soon discovers that it's already a full house, and she may not be entirely welcome.

Ackles and her squeaky voice makes a spunky housekeeper for the clean-cut and surprisingly non-grief stricken widower, whilst Skodje is mischievously good as his older daughter uncomfortable at the thought of her beloved mother being replaced. Benson is also reliable as the supportive best friend and business partner who's single and ready to mingle.

Mature rom-com doesn't delve too deeply into the issues, which sometimes makes Smith's character seem like he's moving-on prematurely but its inoffensive, formula stuff with no shocks or surprises.
