Captain Shah tells Stabler that he is suspended because he threw a minor down the stairs when in fact he threw him to the ground from the second step which is not throwing somebody down the stairs, which sounds dramatic, but untrue.

Snow?

The streets are covered with snow.

Snow? Where did they get snow?

I can't believe they have snow-covered streets.

I guess I fixate on all the wrong things in the television universe, but this one hits me in a core place. There is no snow here and there hasn't been for way too long.

This simple thing makes it difficult to watch the episode without wondering, where did they get the snow?

New York and New Jersey haven't had any real snow in years. I miss the snow. I wish we had snow. I want more snow. Why is there snow on television and none on my lawn, about 50 miles from where the episode was filmed?
