Recently, the last Lithuanian-made series tended to be worn out, stretched, with the same actors everywhere... Perhaps the last good series that intrigued and engaged was the first few seasons of "Pasmerkti", but that's it. Nevertheless, this series brought something new... The creation of character roles is excellent and not overly stretched, the story is original, with new and unseen actors who perform their roles superbly. I won't hide it, I sat down, watched two episodes - got interested and ended up watching all 27 available episodes in one evening and wanted more. If you enjoyed films like "Inglorious Basterds," "The Lake House," "Love Actually," you'll probably like this series due to its direction. Not because the genre is similar, but because of how the story unfolds, the introduction of new characters, and events. Lithuanian cinema is not Hollywood - we won't compare it, but what Ramunas Rudokas managed to put together here, I believe, deserves attention. I can't guarantee it will appeal to everyone, but I suggest giving the series at least a chance.
