Gracie Abrams is climbing the charts with her new single “That’s So True” and it looks like she’s going to have her biggest hit to-date with the song!

The song is currently at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100, just a few weeks after being released. That’s already Gracie‘s top position on the chart after previously peaking at number 19 with “I Love You, I’m Sorry.”

“That’s So True” was released on the deluxe version of her album The Secret of Us back in October.

Gracie Abrams revealed that there’s an alternate, “very vulgar” version of her song “That’s So True” during a conversation with friend and co-writer Audrey Hobert for Spotify’s “You’re Invited, I’m Sorry: An Evening with Gracie Abrams” event.

“Tortured Poets” actually gained 43% to achieve 163,000 equivalent album units based on its combined record sales, individual track sales and online streams. That increase was spurred by Swift restocking several album variants in her webstore, and by the release of yet three more digital variants including exclusive bonus tracks. That meant the 137,000 album units for Bryan’s “The Great American Bar Scene” weren’t enough for number-one.

Singer Gracie Abrams revealed her good friend, Taylor Swift, extinguished a fire in her $50 million New York City apartment after a candle fell over during a dinner party.

“She was such a legend – I don’t know how at this hour or in our state she knew what to do,” Abrams told Billboard.

Abrams, who opened for Swift’s Eras Tour last summer, released her second album, The Secret of Us, on Friday. The album features the track “Us,” a collaboration with Swift.

Onstage at London’s Wembley Stadium, Swift noted that the song was written one night when the duo were hanging out, drinking wine and talking about Abrams’ life. “And talking about your life became this song,” Swift added.

Ahead of the album’s June 21st release, Abrams has unveiled 13-song tracklist. Swift is featured on track five, which is simply called “us.”

Abrams opened several dates on the 2023 North American leg of Swift’s “The Eras Tour,” and will do so again when Swift plays shows in Miami, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto, and Vancouver later this year (get tickets here).
