- In a world ruled by Game Makers, a group known as the Failure Goddesses are recruited by Older Neptune who sees potential in them in spite of their loss and in their favor becomes the president of their company, Victory.
- The game is set in another dimension where goddesses from different factions battle for their share in the market. After losing the battle to the other Game Makers, a trio of goddesses - Pippih, Jagaa, and Reedio - are branded as "failures" by the public. With their declining reputation as a result of their loss, combined with their games being widely seen as inferior, all seems lost for the Failure Goddessess. Unbeknownst to them, the Neptune from the Ultradimension appears right in front of them when they're being confronted by a mysterious warrior named F-Sha, with Croire joining alongside her. After a while, Older Neptune tries to convince the three girls that they are not failures by the CEO of their company, Victory. They aren't completely alone though, as Neptune and friends aid them alongside their journey to regain their well-liked perception; however it seems like Arfoire has also been trying to create her own games with the help of three other villains who go by the name of "Pirate Makers". In addition to the characters we're used to returning, we also get the surprise return of the Gold Third after having last seen them since their debut game Victory II.—MidX
