With memories and knowledge of their previous life, the protagonist experiences their new one with a desire to grow stronger, avoid dying or set out to fulfill their dreams. Lately there has been a rise in “shojosei” isekai. If you’ve been around long enough, you’d have figured out just from seeing the term that it merges “shojo” and “josei,” two genres marketed toward different audiences: younger women and adult women, respectively.
