It isn't a movie it was a pilot that was never shown on air. You can find it on Youtube with some work, just make sure you get the full version because there are some shortened ones. Tom Ellis was the reason I went looking for it and yes he is spectacular as usual. I have never seen a better or more competent actor. Of course he is iconic as Lucifer but he is so much more. Other roles by him are Walking Stories and The Place we go to Hide. Both are well worth seeking out. Also check out some of his very early work on BBC. He deserves far more attention than he has gotten. His 10 episode USA series Rush, done just before Lucifer is absolutely amazing. I have no idea why it wasn't picked up. He has portrayed many doctors in his career, including of course Dr. Victor Frankenstein.
This is actually a really good adaptation of the Frankenstein story. Tom Ellis is amazing, as usual. The supporting cast all do a really good job too. The scenery and the whole tone of the show is dark but not too dark, some shows are so dark you can't make out what is happening! I would tell everyone to watch this, it's a shame it wasn't picked up for a series it has real promise. Quite scary in parts so be warned.

There's no such a movie in the list of Tom Ellis"s roles, even the guest role. Misunderstanding I suppose. I don't now where(what site) the previous fan was able to find and recognize our charming Mr Ellis?

I loved the pilot, hence my bewilderment that it hasn't been produced further, as a whole series. I'm sure it would've been a success. Netflix tends to save series, so I'd be really grateful if they'd step în. As in regards to Tom Ellis, what can I say? Marvellous, as always, although I must admit, I like him better playing roles which allow him to keep his British accent. I mean unlike other actors, in his case, when you say Tom Ellis, you expect to hear his posh, classy voice and accent.
Back to Gothica, I find it a bit dark, but not to excessive, wich is quite pleasant. I think everyone likes a bit of suspense.
So yeah, if anyone really reeds the reviews, then please, do so that the audience would be happy, meaning carrying on with producing it.
