When Sam is recording Allison's speech in the hospital, the footage she takes is not the same as what she later shows to Tommy and Jack. As the footage is being recorded, Sam sees a dark figure behind some glass as a light flickers on and off. In the footage she shows them later, a shadow passes through a hallway.
