Good film about obsession: not in an open, creepy way where the world and his wife know what you're doing, but in a silent, persistent, toxic way. You're put in the protagonist's shoes and follow him on a slow, obsessive pursuit of love and conquest.
With little dialogue needed, you're made privy to his scheming plans and controlling behaviour. You can almost hear his thoughts, and at times, it's uncomfortable to see the logic behind his actions, but in some twisted way, it all make perfect sense. All done in a PG way.
Shame the film didn't keep the pace in the second half, which was mostly wasted explaining the first half.
