Verdict
I liked Turbo Kid (2015) it was a funny, quirky and likeable post apocalyptic adventure movie let down only by its poor choice of ending.
Like many movies it started out as a short film and this is it in all its glory. Turbo Kid otherwise known as T for Turbo introduces us to a couple of the characters (Who would go onto be recast for the feature film) such as our titular hero and villan Zeus.
It's interesting enough stuff but I'm glad they changed...............pretty much everything in the transition to feature movie as it's lacking in more than a few areas.
If you want more Turbo Kid goodness then the short prequel No Tomorrow (2016) is a considerably better companion piece.
Breakdown
+ If not for this we'd not have Turbo Kid (2015)
- It just doesn't seem to flow
- Feels/looks cheap
Rants
An entry for the ABC's of Death movie it wouldn't have fit in very well. What I mean by that is that though this is underwhelming stuff the ABC's of Death was near wall to wall diarrhoea that made me sick to my stomach and disappointed beyond words. Yep that's right ABC's I'm talking about you again, biggest anti-climax in cinema history. You should be ashamed.
