This wonderful short film reminds us how precious and wonderful the moments of our lives can be. Brings a great smile. The audience at the Charleston Film festival really liked it. The lead actress is also the writer Her beaming somewhat awkward smile hides as much as it shows us until the great surprise at the core of the film is disclosed. Sound and photography are both good throughout the film. The Director's long service at TV series editing shows up in a well paced film which focuses and moves attention. It's remarkable that this little film makes a harder run at answering the big questions than the average warring robots smash city film does at giving us anything to think about. You could show this film to any group of people from a Sunday School class to a college philosophy seminar with good results.

I saw this in an online presentation of sci-fi shorts and it was by far (no pun intended) the best of the bunch. The plot revolves around a young man and woman on a first date. Despite his concerns about her occasional strange behavior, he sticks with it and they end up on a romcom-worthy montage of fun activities. It seems to be going great until...
Experienced sci-fi fans will likely predict the plot twist long before it arrives, but it still packs an emotional punch, thanks largely to Marion Kerr's genuinely sweet portrayal of the female lead, though the script (also by Kerr) and direction contribute as well. If you are prone to getting misty-eyed at the movies, make sure to have the tissues on standby.

I am far to be a fan of romantic films. But this short film is, indeed, adorable.
First, for the story who, from beginning, proposes a large ball of questions about young woman reactions.
Second, for lovely acting, Marion Kerr and Andre Hall being just great.
For the fair, gentle and precise remind of the uniqness of the lived special moments , so easy to ignore.
Not the last, for old fashion romance of Golden Age of Hollywood crumbs and for the touch of classic fairy tales.
In one word, just delightful and, in some measure, a very useful gift or just experience, reminding significant things defining our real happiness.
