The conference doctor and Doctor David S. Lee are obviously being played by the same actor, except the coat is a different color.

In the shower love sequence, one shot of Emily shows her position to the right. Yet in another shot, she's being guided to her right by Dylan.

When Emily commits suicide by overdosing on painkillers, her glass is almost empty. Yet when she spills it on the bed, it's nearly full.

When Dylan is pushing everything off of his desk with Emily he pushes a stand of file folders off the desk; when it cuts to the next shot they're back on the desk.

The pills are white while in their bottle, but the pills poured into the toilet are red.

Dylan's nasal cannula is clearly facing up and not in his nostrils, given the tissue bandages on his face. In a facial injury like this, the doctor would've poked in holes through the bandages and inserted the cannula through them.

When Leah pulls out her phone, it's heard dialing numbers yet none of them are being hit.
