Toward the beginning of the film, the mother, Melinda Mead, is talking to her daughter and telling her not to believe that there is an angel in the old house next door. Melinda puts her hands on her hips, and her hand positions alternate between "wrists up", "wrists down" and back again to "wrists up" between different camera angles in the time frame of a couple of seconds.
