The original script had the rich family end up in a flat in the well-known Amsterdam neighborhood 'De Bijlmer', but when this intent was shared on-line, there were complaints that the Bijlmer was yet again stigmatized as being an impoverished, crime-ridden area. In the end, a made-up name was used instead.
