      The story comes from writer/director Amit Gupta's own life experience. He used to live above the family restaurant, The Chaat House, on the Golden Mile in Leicester's Little India. His mother and aunties still run the restaurant today. Jadoo is a love-letter to his hometown and upbringing.

    A lovely honest and heart felt story

    Is this comedy? No I think not, just a wonderfully heart warming story about family. Some of the characters come from a comedy background, and there ae some funny moments. But more in the context of the story than there to be funny.

    It's a story I thoroughly enjoyed and could watch again and again.
